How do I cancel?

How are the patterns delivered?
Immediately, online. After payment you get instant access to the full library and can download any pattern as a print-ready PDF. Nothing is shipped — this is a digital product only.
Can I sell what I make from these patterns?
Yes. Every membership includes a commercial use licence for finished handmade items. You may not resell or redistribute the pattern files themselves.
Can I get a refund?
Please read our
Refund Policy in full. In short: because access is granted instantly, charges are generally final — but if something has gone wrong, contact us and we'll make it right. We'd always rather resolve it directly than have you dispute a charge.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes — 340+ patterns are labelled beginner level, and the video stitch guides walk through every technique from scratch. The beginner starter handbook is included free.
